The budgeted amount for Internet connectivity to the Villa is N67.1 million, while stationery and computer consumables are N79 million. A further breakdown of the budget revealed that N35.9m was budgeted for power charges, N306.2m for telephone charges, and N40.6m for water rates, respectively.
Personnel costs would consume N1.6 billion of the Villa’s entire budget. Meanwhile, N35m was budgeted for books and newspapers, with newspapers alone accounting for N26.4m and books accounting for N8.5m.

The House approved a total FGN spending of N19.76tn, which included total recurrent (non-debt) expenditure of N8.53tn, personnel costs (MDAs) of N827.8bn, capital expenditure (excluding of transfers) of N3.96tn, and special expenditures of N3.96tn.
