Google has announced plans to accept payment in the form of cryptocurrencies for its cloud service, come 2023. Google is launching this payment option through its partnership with the global crypto exchange, Coinbase.

Brian Armstrong, co-founder and CEO of Coinbase, stated in an interview, “we could not ask for a better partner to help execute our vision of building a trusted bridge into the Web3 ecosystem.” He added that as the crypto economy expands, more partnerships will brood.
